Questions for Our Legislators
The 2017 Legislative Forum by the AAUW and League of Women Voters drew more than 100 guests. The four legislators attending answered many questions that were both pointed and topical. Following is a list of questions, some of which we ran out of time to pose.
Join Us to Register New Voters
Rooted in the movement that secured the right to vote for women, the League has worked to foster civic engagement and enhance access to the vote since our organization was founded in 1920. The Salt Lake League is offering three ways to register new voters — at naturalization ceremonies, in high school government classes, and at special events. For more information or to volunteer, contact Luana Chilelli, email@example.com, or the office.
